To utilize the difference of basic physical properties such as viscosity and density and Innovative design of inflow channels structure of FloWise device to distinguish oil/water and restrict water inflow and output.

Ø Dynamic of Oil and water is controlled by the difference of viscous force, potential force and inertial force;

Ø Main and branch channels are designed to realize selective intelligent control of oil and water and reduce mutual interference;

Ø Oil(high viscosity, low density): Mainly flows through the branch channels with short path and low resistance;

Ø Water(low viscosity, high density): Mainly flows through the main channels and rotate at high speed, with long path and high resistance;

Ø Baffle: baffle in the center of the disc can balance the flow and adjust the rotation of water flow;

Ø The integrated control structure of oil flow and water flow is formed to realize the dynamic control of oil and water.
